Your wedding
stationery is a very important part of setting the scene for the
whole of your special day and as such it needs to be perfect and
unique to you and your wedding!!
I offer a friendly,
understanding, and professional service, adapting my style to
best suit your needs, with many years experience of providing
stationery for a wide range of different styled weddings.

I have produced wedding stationery for a number of weddings and
would be happy to show you examples of these items.
Commission Design Service:
Your wedding stationery can be totally designed for you by
commissioning a piece of artwork that can then be used as the
design for your wedding stationary (invitations, place settings,
thank you cards, order of service, save the date cards etc). You
will of course, have the artwork to keep afterwards, in the form
of a watercolour painting or a canvas.
You may like a painting of the flowers that you will have in
your bouquet, incorporating your colour scheme, a watercolour of
the church that you will be getting married in, a window or
special feature from your reception venue, or an abstract or
simple design. The design can be painted in watercolour, oil or
acrylic paint, and you can have as much or as little input as
you like in the design, colours and composition.
Commissions from £80 a perfect wedding memento, or special
wedding gift.

Using an Existing Design:
White
Rectangle has a huge portfolio of floral and contemporary
artwork all of which can be used as a basis of your wedding
stationery. Take a look at the
gallery section.
If you would like to use an existing design, the cost will be
for printing and setup only.

If you would like the names of your guests on the name cards please add an
additional set up charge of £18.00 for the required mail merge.
NB: A discount on
the administration, design and print set-up costs will be
applied to orders of two or more different items.

Process:
-
Decide whether you would like to commission a design for
your wedding stationery or use an existing design of mine
(most of the pictures in my gallery can be reproduced as
stationery)

We will discuss the options for card,
layout, format, font etc and from this I can create a quote
-
If required, I can send you a document
containing examples of wording for the inside of the wedding
invitations
-
I will put together a document containing
all the details of your requirements for the printing
company, this will be checked by you before the order goes
ahead (a 50% non refundable deposit is usually required at
this stage)

The graphic designer will create a proof of
your stationery, which will be signed off after thorough
checking by both me and you.

The printing will then go ahead!
